BROADVIEW HOUSE RENTAL INFORMATION
Broadviewhouse is being rented to a group in the fall and may be open again for
individual rooms in 2003, it is located four blocks from downtown
Boulder Colorado USA , two blocks
from CU Boulder main campus , twelve blocks from Boulders mountain parks , 25 minutes
from
Eldora ski resort , six blocks from the main bus terminal and on the bus route , two
blocks from a grocery store and two blocks from the Hill area of shops .
( approxamatly 12 blocks to a mile )
Basicaly it's in an ideal location for students or those working in
downtown Boulder Colorado .
The house has sixteen bedrooms , common kitchen with individual storage areas for drygoods refidgerator and freezer for each tenant , livingroom with TV , diningroom , den with piano , laundry room and bike room .

All rooms have double phone jacks , ethernet jacks with high speed internet access and static ip addresses for each room , including a house server for tenants E-mail and home pages , rooms also have an intercom to the front door with private buzzer and electric front door lock for allowing remote guest entry from room panel .
Utilities and web access from house net are not included in rent and are split between users . Also tenants each have a cleaning job or pay an aditional fee for a cleaning person to maintain thier area .
1st floor has 4 rooms with 2 , 3/4 baths , 2nd floor has 4 rooms with 1 , 3/4 and 1, 1/2
bath

3rd floor has 8 rooms with 1 , 3/4 bath and 1 full bathroom with tub and seperate shower .
To enhance and maintain the friendly and co-operative atmosphere of the household , an
application to rent , and acceptance by the house is required .
Some people don't feel comfortable in a large household , so it is important that the
applicant can mesh well with the other tenants and is able to tolerate and respect their
housemates .
The laondlords conditions may seem extreme , but are necessary to maintain a very nice and
friendly place to call home .
Deposits for reservations and security deposits are required and varies by room , from $250. to $400. and will not be applied to rent .
