    Dishes must be washed immediately after use so others may use them. Only the sink with the disposal should be used to rinse off any food waste , rinse sink with sprayer and run disposal before leaving
    Dishes left in common rooms or the sink will be thrown out, we started with a fixed number of dishes and the house is running low already, if you wish to have house dishes, wash them, simple as that. If you have your own dishes  we don't mind, we'll toss them too if someone leaves them out so keep an eye on them and who it is that "borrows" them.
    Feel free to give your room mates hell if they don't do theirs, you have a better chance of seeing who is eating what than us.
    If the dish problem gets unreasonable we'll solve the problem by running the dish cam as we have in the past, but that shouldn't be necessary, should it.
