The disposal is in the south sink in the dish room and is the only sink that food waste should be allowed in, the other sinks drain into floor drains with screens that will catch the waste and start to smell quickly, especially in the summer.
Run cold water while running disposal, if you hear loud rattling sound turn off switch and remove the silver wear from the disposal! The switch is on the wall in front of you to your right when standing in front of the south sink.
Keep food waste out of all sinks, except for disposal sink
