The laundry room is in the basement and the machines are coin operated, (Profits go towards utilities)
You must supply your own soap , the basket is for soap storage if you wish, Please do not use other peoples soap. If the washer has not drained look for the "unbalanced load" light above the lid, if it is lit, re adjust the load and shut the lid to restart the machine and finish the cycle.
    Clean the lint screen before using the dryers and put the lint in the trash can by the bike room door!
    There are sixteen people who use the washing machines so Please remove your cloths from the machines quickly when they are done because others may be waiting to put theirs in. If a load is finished washing you may remove them to wash your load, but be considerate and put them on a clean spot of the metal table, as you would like others to do for you. (or put them in a dryer and start it if your feeling generous).
    There is also an iron and board if needed, use the outlet above the table, do not remove them from the laundry room.
    You will also find recycling bins, for newspapers, mixed containers and corrugated cardboard, (break down boxes and fold flat), spare recycling bins, and also snow shovels, ice melt, brooms, carpet cleaner, (ask for instructions or you will have wet carpet for days and could damage the cleaner).
    keep the room and machines clean for others.
    Do not use this room for personal storage.
