    BroadviewHouse has a mix of students and working people, so some of your house mates need to get up early.
No Loud music after 9:00 pm or before 9:00 am weekdays (sunday night through friday morning) and be nice to the sleep ins on weekends.  Keep quiet ( Loud chatter and stomping about ) after 11:00 pm .
    If someone is being too loud ask them ( don't yell ) to quiet down , if someone asks you to quiet it down , respect them and tell the group, if there is one, that it's time to be quiet or move to your room and still be quieter.
    There is a restricted party policy at BroadviewHouse and heavy drinking is highly discouraged . We try to keep the house a quiet and peaceful retreat from the outside chaos of life , and not all people in the house choose to do this with a drunken stupor and loud music.
    Repeated substantial problems with noise and house mates and you will be asked to leave. Basically just respect your neighbors and allow them to have quiet time and some time to enjoy their music too.
