    Utilities are split by the tenants and will generally be posted as soon as all bills are received, hopefully by the 10th, do not pay rent late waiting for them to be posted sooner. Add any cleaning charges and net usage to your total .
    Please turn off lights when you leave a room and keep your windows shut when the heat is on.
    If you have just moved in you will pay this months bills next month and the last months utilities will come out of your deposit , you will only pay for the time you are here, if you have an amount by your name on the utility sheet pay that amount, don't forget a cleaning fee if you owe one.
    Half the receipts from the laundry machines are applied to the utilities and cleaning supplies, the other half goes to rental and service of them.
